1. Participation in this Contest is  free

2. The validity and correctness of all entries would be judged by a panel of independent judges comprising of eminent personalities from various walks of life. Judges would then decide the winners on the basis of the Draw  of all correct enteries The decision of the judges will be final and binding on the parties, and no correspondence/communications will be entertained in this regard.

3. For  Free Stay the following conditions will apply:

a) The Winner is obtain confirmation for stay 7 days prior to trip from Abmusha Resorts solan 
b) The  Free stay voucher will be vaild for 30 days from issue

c) The trip  does not includes to & fro  any Travelling expenses or out of pocket expenses,It includes only hotel accommodation, breakfast,lunch and dinner only for First prize. For second prize only room stay.

4. The offer is open to all residents of India except the employees of  Himachal on Line and Abmusha Resorts their  immediate relatives. 

5. Multiple entries in the same name, address shall not be entertained and shall be disqualified.

6. All completed forms  will become the property of Himachal on Line and will not be returned to participants. 
The Company reserves the right to use them in any manner whatsoever without compensation. 

7. All prize winners will be intimated directly within 30 days of the closure of the scheme by post.

8. Winners cannot exchange their prizes in any other form or cash equivalent. The prizes are not transferable.

9. Winners will be required to collect their prizes from Himachal on line or Ambusha Resorts solan. The winners have to collect the prizes within 30 days of intimation by the Company after which no claim of any nature whatsoever shall be entertained.

10. The Company shall not be responsible for any liability of any kind whatsoever in respect of the prizes.

11. The prizes shall be subject to the laws of India including regulation as may be applicable to the winner.

12. The Company shall have the right to verify the authenticity of each form and may withhold or cancel the result of winners in case any irregularities are found. 

14. The Company reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, modify, extend or amend this scheme or any part at its discretion without giving any prior notice or withhold declaration of results without assigning any reason whatsoever.

15. The continuation of the scheme is subject to the usual force majeure factors.
6. Courts in Chandigarhi will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
