Dalai Lama asked Tibetan Children to learn their culture heritage

The Buddhist spiritual leader Dalai Lama has asked the Tibetan children to take deeper interest in their cultural heritage.

He addressed a function to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Tibetan Children’s Village in Dharamshala. His Holiness stressed upon the need for children to acquire knowledge.

The Dalai Lama always stresses the need to be a good human being. He forced that Children must know their Tibetan heritage. They must study Buddhism. Kasur Jetsumpema, president Tibetan Children Village Schools was also present.

More than 150,000 Tibetans have taken refuge in India since 1959 when the Dalai Lama and his followers fled their homeland, after an abortive uprising against China.
