Irrigation and Public Health Minister, Kaul Singh Thakur, Inaugurated the cultural function Aaghaz-2005 organised by Jubbal and Kotkhai Students Association on Dec 7.
Thakur said that Himachal Pradesh was known for its rich culture and traditions which needed to be preserved at all costs.
Such occasions not only provide an opportunity to the budding artists to exhibit their talents but also strengthened the bonds of brotherhood and fraternity.
