Mori the rafting camp
Excellent camping site located at a pleasant 3500 feet above sea level. An ideal getaway for everyone including families and children, it makes for a great escape for both the quiet holiday-maker and the die hard adventure seeker. Rich in a variety of western Himalayan flora and fauna, it is densely forested with deodar, pine, alpine oak, birch, chestnut, rhododendron and jamun. In store are relaxing walks, ample angling opportunities and some great whitewater.
Places to visit around the Camp
Mahasu Devta Temple
This temple in Hanol has two extremely heavy mysterious balls which the locals believe are from Mahabharata time and belong to Bhim.
Hatkoti (70 kms)
The beautiful Pabbar Valley opens up at Hatkoti (1400m), which is the confluence of the Bishkulti and Pabbar rivers. Hatkoti has the famous Hateshwari temple. This is dated to the 7th-8th century and in 1885 was given a Pagoda roof. _________________ [color=blue:3a35758fab]Megrisoft[/color:3a35758fab]
