Kunal Patheri is located 3 kms. from Kotwali Bazaar, Dharamshala. These are the rock temples from which the place derives its name.

This temple is dedicated to Goddess Kapaleshwari. People worship this place as a sacred one.

There are lot of tea gardens near this temple. There are also a lot of tea gardens near this temple. One can see entire Kangra valley.
