To get a job in Himachal Pradesh is only a dream now. As per latest reports varios exams have been announced and conducted by H.P. Government and after two or three months it has been cancelled,
some exams have been conducted even two or three times but the Government could not make any right decision. Crores of rupees have been collected in the name of exam fee. 
I think the Government must apply a strong policy to conduct various compititive exams otherwise this type of decision can put the Government in seriou problem.
