I visited hamirpur recently. I was very sad to see what was going on there.

People have cars but no traffic etiquettes.
They would park whereever they want. You can see Cars piled up in Gandhi Chowk.

Citi(Sorry I should say extended Village) is always dug up whenever I visit.
Telecom, PWD, IPH or someother department will Dig up the roads.

Shopkeepers will extend their shop up to middle of the road.

There are no traffic lights.

I has changed a lot ever since I left Hamirpur but unfortunately it is changing in negative direction.
